1. Semen collection
Collect only the sperm-rich milky
semen from the first ejaculation
(do not collect the clean semen
from the second ejaculation)
2. Centrifugal separation
1) Distribute the semen into tubes
2) Centrifuge for 5-10min at 1500rpm
3) remove the seminal fluid from the
sediment sperm with a pipette
3. Preparation
Add 1ml of semen extender into
the remaining sperm and stir
2-3 times with a pipette
4. Reaction
1) Open the cap of the product
2) Add the sperm into the container
with a pipette
3) Shake 3-4 times for mixing
5. Refrigeration
Allow the sperm and the proteins
to react for at least 30min in the
refrigerator
6. Artificial Insemination
Adjust and add more extender into
the semen as needed and transfer
into the inject to carry out the
articial insemination
Add into raw semen to produce sexed semen
