Mix the product with the sperm and allow to react for at least 30 minutes in warm water before AI

1. Warm the vial and the
frozen sperm in a
water bath for a few
minutes

2. Cut a semen straw at the opposite end of the sponge
and puncture the seal with
an 18G needle
3. Insert the cut-end
of the straw into
the vial
4. Grab both the vial and the straw
with a hand and shake downwards
to transfer all the semen into the
vial, and remove the straw

semen to mix with the
product and allow to
react for at least
30 minutes
7. Grab both the vial and the
straw in one hand and
transfer the semen from
the vial into the new straw
6. After reaction,
insert the straw
included with the
product
8. Remove the straw from the
vial and load into the
insemination gun
